Additional Information

The @ease System combines the proven FROG mineral formula for killing bacteria with SmartChlor Technology that maintains a consistently low chlorine level for weeks.

Unlike normal chlorine that is used up when you get in, SmartChlor continues to maintain the same level, which is up to 75%* less than hot tubs using dichlor (standard hot tub chlorine). That’s why we call it self-regulating.  It goes to work when the hot tub needs sanitizing so there are no frustrating yo-yo chlorine levels.  This time-released method is also why less shock is needed to maintain the hot tub.

This technology is so unique it has its own testing method that’s easier than standard test strips.

In 2 seconds, you can know precisely whether your pH, Total Alkalinity and Total Hardness are balanced, plus whether or not SmartChlor® needs to be replaced. Simply dip the FROG @ease Test Strip into the water, remove with the pads facing up and shake once to remove the water on the FROG Test Strip. Then hold it up next to the color chart on the back of the bottle to compare colors.

If the color on the top tab, the SmartChlor Out Indicator color, is darker than the bottle label, the water is fine. If it is lighter it’s time to replace the Smartchlor Cartridge.

Testing water is easier; the Out Indicator on FROG @ease Test Strips tells when to replace your Cartridge.

A new standard for keeping your Hot Tub water crystal clear – continuously.

I could not find the product I needed for my Jacuzzi, go figure there is a shortage! But I posted a message to King Technologies (Frog) and they sent me 3 dealers that have their products within 1 day. Thank you!

I love using frogease for our Jacuzzi J-475. Maintaining ph and TA is key. We use the spa frequently so we go through smartchlor faster. We use the 6 setting vs 5 bc of our frequent hot tub use. We shock once a week with either maintain or other non chlorine shock. If I need supplemental chlorine bc of a large gathering I use a TBS or more of Jump Start. After a year and a half and some mistakes, the key is to test ph often and sanitizer levels with the strip and we shock once a week. I like having a lower chlorine level due to frogease and the Jacuzzi uv and ozone system.

I am having the same issues with the cartridges that mount to filter. The chemicals never seem to balance. And I agree, the test strips do not seem accurate at all, when i Compare them to the Taylor Test kit system.

I've actually had a pretty good experience while using these. However, finding them is another story. These have become unobtanium.

I have the same system I’m using in my system j355 jacuzzi. Disappointed the chlorinated granular get those clumps stuck in the holes. And usually change within 2-3 weeks due to doesn’t last 4 weeks . ( other chems read within levels just not chlorine ) We only use our hot tub 3-4 times a month but I check it weekly on the chemicals.
