FROG @ease combines our sanitizing minerals with SmartChlor® Technology to kill bacteria 2 ways. The result is Fresh Mineral Water®∞ that’s silky soft with far less odors and the easiest water to maintain because it’s self-regulating. It knows when more sanitizing power is needed and automatically delivers it. When you need to do something, it flips over.
Additional Information
In 2 seconds, you can know precisely whether your pH, Total Alkalinity and Calcium Hardness are balanced, plus whether SmartChlor® needs replacing. Simply dip the FROG @ease Test Strip into the water, remove with the pads facing up and shake once to remove the water on the FROG Test Strips. Then put it up to the color chart on the bottle and compare.
If the SmartChlor color on the strip is darker than the bottle label, the water is fine. If it is lighter it’s time to replace the Smartchlor Cartridge.

I have been using frog @ ease for a couple of months now both in my hot tub and I give them as a chemical kit for all the hot tubs I sell. I sell both the inline frog system and the @ ease floater. The water is cleaner, crisper, and clearer now than every other chemical kit I used in the past with almost no odor at all. The monthly maintenance is extremely nice over weekly maintenance. I recommend this product over a variety of other systems I used in the past.

I have used this system for a month. I love it but I find my ph is always low. How do I correct this. My @ease is set on 1 for a 350 to 400 gallon hot tub. I was told I didn’t need to add anything else with this system but I read baking soda could raise the PH.

Mine PH Is consistently low with this too!

I really want to love this but we’re not having the best results. Started using this about 5 weeks ago. After about two weeks, the water started getting cloudy. Tried shocking it but the cloudiness kept getting worse. Soon developed a smell and had to do a complete water change at less than 4 weeks. Started again with a new chlorine cartridge 1 week ago, after the water change. Already seeing cloudiness and a bit of discoloration. Would love to know if there is something I’m doing wrong or something we can do to make this work?

had same problem did the same thing then turned the dial up higher on the bottom, had it on 2 just did not do it so turned it all the way up works great now

Sorry for the problems you are having. I spoke with my customer service expert and there are a few questions he has.
Is this a new hot tub? If not, what were you using prior to @ease?
Could you walk us through the start-up process you did to get going on the @ease system? What other water care products have you used (balances, shock, etc)?
We would love water balance readings for the tub, using our @ease test strip.
