“It’s a big world when you start with a pool or hot tub, we know people can get confused, and we love to help ease them into the water care learning process,” Dan says.
What’s more, “we know that people get information from different places – including their friends and neighbors – and they can get conflicting information. We would like to be the source of truth about our products.”
“I’ve talked to people who are exasperated and helped them turn their situation around. I’ve helped people who have tried all kinds of troubleshooting and don’t know what to do, identify and fix the issue.
