Frog Leap Anti-Bac Mineral Pac® 25K

The Anti-Bac Mineral Pac is full of time-released active minerals. Effectiveness starts when the minerals are wetted. The time-released mineral coating of the material inside the Anti-Bac Mineral Pac is effective up to 6 consecutive months or one pool season, whichever is shorter.

After that time, you will hear the spent media inside; it probably feels full and you may hear it inside if you shake it, however, it is no longer effective and that is why it must be replaced. Splash out, draining and refilling, rain, and your pool filter are all causes of depleting FROG Minerals in your pool water.

The Anti-Bac Mineral Pac is unique. It contains FROG Sanitizing Minerals that effectively kill bacteria. The Cartridge is designed to work with the FROG Leap Torpedo Pac, which contains chlorine designed to be slowly released. It’s the combination of Minerals plus chlorine that kill bacteria 2 ways. Minerals take the pressure off chlorine because they also kill bacteria; they attack bacteria from the outside, enter the bacteria and kill it from the inside. That means less chlorine is needed to sanitize your pool. No other system offers this unique combination that creates Fresh Mineral Water^® in your pool.

It lasts for the summer pool season o r 6 months, whichever is shorter. Once the Anti-Bac Mineral Pac is wetted, it is active. It must be replaced once wetted, which is generally every pool season or every 6 months. If used less than 6 months and removed from the infuzer. It will no longer be active because it has been wetted and a new Anti-Bac Mineral Pac needs to be inserted.
