  • Purchase any FROG Pool Solutions between April 1 – April 30, 2026
  • Fill out the form and upload your receipt.
  • Click Submit.

Valid on in-store purchases only. One per household. You will get a confirmation email. Rebate must be submitted by May 31, 2026. Allow 10-12 weeks to receive your rebate.
