Proper balance is required for things to work effectively. If levels are off, adjust using FROG Balancing Basics® Kit.- Total Alkalinity: 80–120 ppm
- pH: 7.2-7.6
- Total Hardness: 150-250 ppm

Add a hot tub shock like FROG Maintain® to the water. - Check Your Bromine Cartridge
Remove the Bromine Cartridge from your system. Drain and shake to see if you hear any bromine inside. If empty, replace with a new one. - Check Your Mineral Cartridge
Even if you hear minerals inside, they may be used up. Replace the blue Mineral Cartridge every 4 months. - Clean Your Filter
Ensure proper water flow and remove any debris from the hot tub.
